The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends that mothers breastfeed their babies exclusively for the first six months.

For some women, it can be a wonderful bonding and nurturing experience, however many women sometimes find their idea of breastfeeding does not always match the reality. With this in mind, it is far better to embark on breastfeeding expecting it to be difficult, so that it’s an extra bonus if you are one of the lucky women who find it easy!
