Babytastic offers practical antenatal parenting courses for expectant parents. We promise not to make you take part in any embarrassing role play, but we will ply you with lots of tea and chocolate biscuits!
 
Our aim is to pass on invaluable antenatal advice to cope with life with a newborn. In addition to labour and birth, we cover topics such as feeding, sleeping, bathing baby, what to dress baby in, calming techniques, out and about with your new baby and much more. Each course consists of four, two hour evening sessions and 1 extra session for just the mums-to-be. Courses are for a maximum of 6 couples.
 
Courses are held at venues with ample parking in both Garston Manor, Watford and The White House, Wokingham . We are now also offering classes in the St Albans and Henley areas.
